When it comes to serving others,
three S’s Sincerely Silently Selectively - apply

Whether you be serving King or Queen,
Honourary citizens or neighbourhood street.
Be true in your view of the good that you think,
Because one’s hands and feet follow that beat,

So, be sure you serve Sincerely.

Consider the value of humility, let the deed be loud
But you be quiet — don’t blow your own trumpet,
When serving a neighbour, labour with no regret,
Praise from your lips can turn sour with the crowd.

\ So, do your serving Silently

With serving comes priority—not all calls need
To be answered; take care with whom you share,
The time and energy, may break your bank,
And your kindness may create a backlash

So, use your talent Selectively.

Why are these three S’s important to know?
Because your welfare and health are essential.
And when God guides you, he provides for you!
So, the word for you today is this:

       *  In the serving you do, seek to please God!*
